7 units of Botox injected just above the lip to give the lip a fuller look 

1 full syringe of Juvaderm filler (1ml) for lips, wrinkle lines 

(can purchase a full syringe & opt to only use a portion & save the remainder for a future visit) 

1/2 syringe of Juvaderm filler (1/2ml) for lips or wrinkle lines

Ear lobe piercing with standard hypoallergenic surgical grade studs included.  Pierced via needle method.   Available for ages 6 weeks old and up.   Parents must be present for under 18 and show driver’s license as well as proof of guardianship 

Cartilage and all other areas of the ear pierced with hypoallergenic surgical grade hoop or studs (depending on area).   Must be age 13 or up.   If under 18 parent must be present, show drivers license and proof of guardianship  

initial visit $125 plus $200 for medication.   All follow up visits $75 plus $200 for medication.   At current time medication must be purchased at Jungle Jim’s which is approximately 40 minutes from the office.   monthly visits are required although zoom visits may be an option.
